This enables tiered access control by area, ensuring authorized personnel can pass through efficiently while strictly preventing unauthorized individuals from entering critical zones. VIVOTEK, Delta’s building automation brand, offers 24/7 high-resolution AI surveillance that maintains image clarity even in low-light conditions. The AI surveillance accurately detects abnormal intrusions and triggers real-time alerts. Further integrated with the SmartPASS security management platform, administrators can quickly cross-reference access records with video footage, greatly improving incident traceability and delivering the highest standards of security assurance.Facial recognition devices at the headquarters entrance enable tiered access control and fast passage.

To meet the complex management needs of a nearly 7,000-square-meter facility, Delta implemented the enteliWEB building management platform as the core system,  which is integrated with its Delta Controls and LOYTEC building brand controllers. Using international standard communication protocols, the solution unifies air conditioning, lighting, security, access control, and indoor air quality monitoring into a single platform, consolidating all data into one interface. Through a visualized dashboard, administrators can instantly monitor the operating status of electromechanical equipment, energy consumption across different zones, and key indoor air quality indicators. The parking area is also equipped with energy-saving LED linear lighting that automatically switches on or off in response to approaching vehicles or pedestrians, balancing safety and energy efficiency. By enabling intelligent integrated management, the system reduces maintenance costs, accelerates incident response, and improves overall operational efficiency.

A healthy collaborative environment for an enhanced workplace experience
For indoor environment management, the headquarters office areas are equipped with UNOnext IAQ sensors to continuously monitor PM2.5 and CO₂ levels, providing long-term environmental data to ensure a healthy workplace. Additionally, LVIS indoor touch panels allow easy control of lighting and air conditioning systems, with both scheduling and on-demand adjustments available, creating a human-centered office environment.

Meeting rooms are equipped with Vivitek projectors and the NovoPro wireless presentation system from Delta’s visual solutions brand, supporting high-brightness image projection and real-time multi-user content sharing. These solutions enable smoother and more efficient cross-department collaboration, enhancing meeting productivity and communication quality.

Delta carefully designed a dynamic architectural lighting solution to complement the building’s unique exterior structure. Linear fixtures on the façade are programmatically controlled to achieve dynamic changes in color and brightness, and at night, the Cooler Master logo is projected, making the brand highly visible and establishing the building as a distinctive technological landmark.

Landscape lighting was also planned for the rooftop and outdoor areas, balancing safety with ambiance. The lighting is thoughtfully designed along pedestrian pathways, featuring zoned control that allows quick mode adjustments for different activities or times of day.
