Since the beginning of summer, European and American countries have entered the holiday season, but global heatwaves have struck, leading to recent wildfire outbreaks in Southern Europe, North America, and China. Climate issues continue to be a major concern for governments worldwide. In early June, The Climate Group held its first-ever Action Summit in Asia in Singapore, and Delta was the only invited Taiwanese high-tech industry speaker at the forum. I am honored to represent Delta and introduce our energy-saving technologies and carbon reduction achievements to hundreds of policymakers and climate leaders from various Asian countries. The participants also exchanged insights on the latest global net-zero trends. In this issue, our "Sustainability" section provides in-depth coverage, and we encourage you to keep yourself updated with us.

Delta's Americas headquarters holds LEED Platinum certification and has consistently been a benchmark for Delta's efforts in building energy efficiency. We continuously introduce innovative green solutions and recently received certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), further upgrading it to become the first LEED Zero Energy building in Fremont, California. Our Brand News feature a special interview with colleagues from our Americas headquarters, sharing their successful endeavors in integrating technology into the local natural environment. Exciting content is included in the "Special Report," so stay tuned.

In this issue of "Brand Circle," we bring you great news about video projection. Based on our successful collaborations in the past, Japan's NHK has designated Delta's high-end projectors for all major exhibitions in 2023. The opening exhibition took place at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum, where our 4K projectors showcased the artwork of Matisse - "The Rosary Chapel." The vibrant colors of the stained glass windows and the black-and-white portraits on the walls came to life. Be sure to stay engaged for more captivating projection events in the second half of the year! In June, Mr. Bruce Zheng, the founder, made a special visit to the Shanghai Operation Center, where he shared his down-to-earth and altruistic business philosophy. He also encouraged the younger generation to be bold in innovation and daring in their endeavors, which received enthusiastic responses. All these enriching contents can be found in the "Brand Circle," and are definitely worth savoring.

The International Energy Agency (IEA) estimates that if countries continue on the net-zero path, the carbon reduction potential of electric vehicles by 2030 could help reduce emissions equivalent to Japan's.
