In early August, Delta hosted the "Sustainable AI Summit" as part of its 55th anniversary event series, bringing together nearly 200 domestic and international industry leaders to share insights on energy trends and AI applications, with the shared goal of advancing sustainable transformation. Delta Chairman and CEO Mr. Ping Cheng emphasized that with the rapid rise of renewable energy, electrification is an essential path in energy transition, and Delta plays a critical role in grid stability and power supply resilience. Recently, we partnered with Taiwan’s Quintain Steel to build an 80MW large-scale energy storage facility covering approximately 11,570 sqm. By integrating liquid-cooled PCSs, battery energy storage systems, and energy management software, Delta constructed a complete transmission-grade energy storage architecture capable of meeting the daily electricity demand of roughly 30,000 households. This issue’s "Special Report" takes an in-depth look at this flagship energy storage case and explores how it connects to microgrid architectures to support power trading and grid stability.

Driven by surging computing power demand and the southward shift of global supply chains, the Southeast Asian market has drawn widespread attention. In "Delta Insights", we feature an exclusive interview with Mr. Jason Yuan, President of Southeast Asia & Oceania Business. Jason provides a deep dive into the region’s diverse ecosystem and shares how Delta leverages its "From Grid to Chip" expertise to deploy AI infrastructure, smart manufacturing hubs, and Australia’s extreme microgrids for mining sector. He also discusses his matrix management philosophy for regional and national team collaboration, seamlessly extending technology, talent, brand presence, and local influence to the front lines of the market.

Meanwhile, as cutting-edge technologies hit the ground and global footprint expands, "Brand Circle" highlights how Delta continues to inject innovative momentum into global industries across energy, smart manufacturing, and AI infrastructure. In Europe, Delta’s D-Bot series collaborative robots earned the 2026 BIG SEE Product Design Award for their outstanding human-robot interaction design and technical excellence. In Malaysia, Delta officially opened its new Johor Bahru hub at the heart of an economic corridor and held the Delta Future Forward forum to deepen local ecosystem collaboration. Furthermore, Delta signed an MOU with North American energy service developer X LABS to advance solid-state transformer (SST) technology deployment through an innovative energy-as-a-service model, planning a 100MW project deployment to support high-density AI data center demands.

Delta’s commitment to operational stability and corporate sustainability is equally evident in climate adaptation and employee care. This issue’s "Sustainability" column presents how we established a physical climate risk assessment framework, shifting from reactive response to proactive prevention, to comprehensively strengthen climate resilience across global sites. Additionally, "Employer Brand" shares how Delta introduced the ISO 45003 international standard to build a global mental health and support network, cultivating an inclusive workplace culture. All this and more in this issue of the Delta Brand News, don't miss out!
