Delta is celebrating its 55th anniversary! Since its founding in 1971, Delta has continuously innovated and grown, yet its commitment to its mission“To provide innovative, clean and energy-efficient solutions for a better tomorrow”remains an steadfast belief. This year, under the theme “Forward, Toward Better,” Delta is launching a series of 55th-anniversary events, aspiring to move steadily forward with industry partners toward a sustainable future. Our inaugural forum featured a keynote by global energy efficiency visionary Dr. Amory Lovins, who served as a primary inspiration for Delta’s sustainability journey. He was joined by Delta Founder Bruce Cheng, Chairman and CEO Ping Cheng, and Board Director Yancey Hai for a panel discussion, exploring sustainable solutions for the global energy transition in the AI era, ranging from green building practices to data center efficiency. Don't miss this issue’s “Special Report” for more highlights from the event.

As AI drives a qualitative transformation across industries, the Americas market serves as a critical indicator of these leading trends. In “Delta Insights,” we interview Austin Tseng, General Manager of Delta Americas and a 25-year veteran of the company. He shares how the Americas team is leveraging the “From Grid to Chip” technical advantage to deepen collaboration with key partners in the face of “once-in-a-century” growth drivers: AI data centers and energy infrastructure. Austin has led his team in deep collaboration, bringing the “One Delta” spirit to life through local R&D and manufacturing as Delta transforms from a product supplier into a comprehensive solution provider.

In technical R&D, Delta showcased its 800 VDC power architecture for next-generation AI factories at NVIDIA GTC 2026, alongside demonstrations of digital twin applications developed via NVIDIA Omniverse to align forward-looking technology with real-world operational needs. Delta’s strides in sustainable management also continue; we recently became the first in the ICT industry to receive the ISO 59004 Circular Economy certification, integrating circular thinking into the product lifecycle as a testament to our long-term environmental commitment. These efforts extend globally, from providing convenient EV fast-charging services in Norway to creating healthy indoor air environments in Thailand, Delta is safeguarding a shared future for both people and the environment through its diverse solutions.

Standing at this new milestone, Delta remains committed to deepening technical innovation and implementing sustainable efficiency. In “Employer Brand,” we share how Delta is helping managers enhance their leadership through systematic training and Situational Leadership, guiding teams to grow steadily amidst the waves of AI and digital transformation as we co-create a resilient future.
