The award ceremony of favored employers by university students of 2019 was held on 12th July in Shanghai. Delta group was awarded “Top Graduate Employer”. “Top Graduate Employers” was jointly sponsored by 51job.com and yingjiesheng.com. Delta stood out among 230 candidate enterprises and received the honor.

Delta’s Global Talent Development Division Head Mr. Chen Zheyan as a representative attended the ceremony and accepted the award. He emphasized that Delta consistently adheres to the business mission of “To provide innovative, clean, and energy-efficient solutions for a better tomorrow. ”, actively practices corporate social responsibilities, and invests on employee recruitment as well as talent development and cultivation on a long-term basis. For graduates, the campus recruitment in China offers over 300 positions every August. “Delta Enterprise College” inside the company provides training courses. After entering the company, a customized “Management Associate Training Plan” will be made and tutorial system will be implemented one to one to help fast development of management associates.

Since 2000, Delta has set up “Delta Power Electronics Science and Education Development Program” and “Delta Greentech Scholar Program” to fund scientific research projects and provide scholarship. Since 2006, Delta has consistently sponsored “Delta Cup-International Solar Building Design Competition” to promote the application of clean energies including solar energy in building and daily life. Since 2014, Delta has jointly hosted “Delta Advanced Automation Design Contest” with the Teaching Advisory Committee on Automation Majors in Higher Education under the Ministry of Education to promote overall improvement of automation practice level of university students.
