In the 2018 Dujiangyan Western Music Festival, Vivitek, a projection brand of Delta, broke the limit of plane projection in the past and presented a 720° immersed projection ball screen theater through twelve 8000-lumen laser projectors DU8090Z. It provided a visual feast with magnificent light and shadow for the Western Music Festival.
In addition to powerful beats, the magnificent show of light and shadow is also an important factor for the heated atmosphere in the Festival. In the 2018 Dujiangyan Western Music Festival, through use of twelve 8000-lumen laser projectors DU8090Z, Vivitek presented a 720° immersed ball screen projection theater. It created three-dimension immersed space effect through 3D projection technology on the huge ball screen that is 10-meter high and 20-meter wide. With metal, wood, water, fire and earth as five elements, many musicians and artists cooperated with each other to present new experimental music in the theater in which sounds and scenes interact harmoniously. The whole creative process of musicians looking for inspirations with sounds as the media was recorded in earnest. Musicians collected visual, audio and tactile materials, cooperated with artists in a crossover manner to present multi-scene music experience, bringing audience to a romantic musical world with interplaying light and shadow.
