Delta connects global mental health resources to build psychological resilience management framework based on ISO 45003—the world’s first international standard for workplace psychological health and safety. Through continuous dialogue between managers and employees, systematic psychological support resources, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) initiatives and care schemes driven across global sites, Delta is progressively establishing an open and supportive workplace culture. This helps employees confidently navigate work and life challenges while enhancing individual and organizational resilience together.
Building a psychologically resilient workplace cannot rely solely on an individual's ability to cope; it requires comprehensive and sustained organizational support. ISO 45003 provides international guidance to help enterprises systematically manage employee mental health and workplace stress. By fostering a safe, diverse, and inclusive workplace culture, companies can elevate employee trust, work efficiency, and organizational resilience. Starting from ISO 45003, Delta’s Taiwan headquarters is building a psychological resilience management framework spanning policy design, resource integration, and cultural promotion. This creates a psychologically safe work environment, turning mental health from a reactive support mechanism into an integral part of daily management.
To assist employees in enhancing psychological resilience and self-awareness, Taiwan headquarters introduced mental health scales to bridge employees with support resources, utilizing a systematic tracking mechanism to monitor physical and mental well-being. Concurrently, managers are encouraged to foster trust and supportive relationships early through regular one-on-one sessions, team check-ins, and daily communication. Complemented by diverse learning resources and mental health courses, managers sharpen their sensitivity and supportive capabilities regarding mental health, empowering employees to strengthen self-awareness and stress management skills. Furthermore, Delta continuously refines mechanisms for sexual harassment prevention and workplace harassment prevention, cultivating a respectful and trusting environment where employees feel empowered to voice thoughts and seek help, gradually embedding mental health values into corporate culture.

Taiwan headquarters has consistently promoted mindfulness and mental health learning in recent years, drawing wide participation from managers and employees through systematic course design. In 2026, Delta planned the "Annual Psychological Resilience Exhibition" under the theme "Starting from the Heart." The initiative integrates themed exhibitions, general lectures, and podcasts to raise awareness of physical and mental health issues, nurturing a positive workplace atmosphere. Meanwhile, global sites drive localized mental health programs, including:
Through local execution and cross-regional exchange, Delta is building a mental health support network that balances global consistency with local characteristics, making employee care a shared corporate culture across regions. By participating in activities and dialogue mechanisms, employees deepen mutual understanding and connection to build an open, friendly, and inclusive workplace.

When every genuine exchange serves as a starting point for connection, mental health becomes a daily practice shared by all employees. Delta remains committed to working alongside global teams to build a resilient and inclusive workplace, laying a solid foundation for employee growth and sustainable business operations.
