Global collaboration for promoting excellence in leadership development
Delta Headquarters reorganized and defined six leader qualities in 2021. All learning resources focus on Delta’s six key leadership qualities: Business Acumen, Execution and Driving Results, Coaching and Developing People, Empowerment and Delegation, Building Strategic Partnerships, and Role Modeling. By enhancing managers' deep understanding of economic trends and competitive strategies, strategic planning and execution, coaching and developing their subordinates, and effective cross-organizational collaboration and partnership building, managers will be better equipped to lead their teams and extend their influence.
