With the increased speed of globalization, competition in the talent market has intensified. As a social responsible corporation, Delta especially focuses on the development and growth of young people. Employees of Delta's subsidiaries around the world are recruiting excellent talent through a series of campus recruitment events, Delta courses, and visits in the past year. This year, the headquarters of the group in Taiwan launched campus recruitment events first in March, bringing the company and the students closer together. In addition to finding suitable talents, Delta hopes to provide students with an opportunity to connect with companies and to learn. The company shared its own experiences and knowledge to help the younger generation fulfill their career dreams.

Delta visits campuses globally to recruit outstanding talent  Delta's subsidiaries abroad actively visit local campuses to promote the employer brand and recruit talent. EMEA participated in the ICT talent recuritment expo at Warsaw University of Technology for the first time last year. Many students submitted their resumes to the company. The Japanese recruiting team organized several talent recuritment events with Kyushu University, Osaka Institute of Technology, Kyoto University, and other universities with the help of Taiwan's MOEA Japanese Talent Recruitment Team. The team established direct communications with the career centers to deepen its relationships with the schools. In India, Delta is actively signing MOUs with several local schools to organize Delta courses. The human resources team in Thailand held recruitment seminars in Chulalongkorn University, Mahidol University, and other famous Thai schools, which have yielded excellent results. DET invited junior students from the engineering department of Kasetsart University to tour the Wellgrow plant in Thailand. IE engineers talked about their work experience and gave the students directions about their future career development.

Connecting schools with workplaces to attract young students  In 2023, Delta's Taiwan headquarters launched the "Campus Talent Recuritment Program". The program is a major part of Delta's partnerships with schools this year. Delta's human resources team targeted colleges and universities around Taiwan through physical visits. They went to every campus and laboratory to assess the possibility of future industry-academia cooperation between each school and PSBG (Power and Systems Business Group). The team aims to cultivate the schools and quickly establish a network and talent database for schools around Taiwan. The team is building diverse channels for future talent acquisition. In the end, it will help the business group obtain the talent it needs for future growth. The program will divide participants into groups. Each group will receive guidance from corporate counselors. The groups will consist of diverse talents with different functions and from different business groups. The aim of the event is to combine the performance of the recruiting units and business groups and provide business and first-hand industry information to students on campuses, inspiring their passion for the industry.

In order to train talent for business units and smart manufacturing, the smart manufactruing talent requirements will be expanded to Taichung and Tainan this year. Internship opportunities will be added in different areas. Project manpower will be invested to establish partnerships with different schools to link industry with academia. Not only that, Delta is also conducting industry-academia cooperation and providing "Talent Training Scholarships". The company is working with the schools through "R&D cooperation" and "equipment donation" to improve research and development efforts. Through "basic talent cultivation" and with "establishing a joint R&D center" as the goal, Delta hopes students will utilize everything they have learned and grow together with the company.

Training at the Taiwan headquarters, working in their home countries  In recent years, Delta has been actively developing projects in the Americas, Europe, China, Thailand, and India. In addition to actively recuriting students on campus or through different projects, Delta has introduced the unprecedented "Global Elite Mingle Program (GEM)" to attract more international talent this year. The company aims to acquire R&D and manufacturing talents from around the world. During the initial stage of the program, participants undergo training at the Taiwan headquarters. The office in Taiwan will issue employment and various allowances. Participants who pass the training will be stationed in Texas in the United States, Thailand, or India according to talent and company needs. The participants will be able to work close to home.
