Due to the impact of the pandemic, almost all the exhibitions worldwide have been put to a stop. The annual Computex exhibition held in June is one of the important events that Delta participates in every year. In order to overcome the regional restrictions as well as the impact from the pandemic, Delta worked actively with TAITRA to fully present the theme of “SMART WELL Being” via internet streaming of Online Talks. “SMART” represents the IoT-based smart technology and capabilities while “WELL” represents the humanistic architecture to pursue health and comfort. “SMART WELL” represents the ideal of improving comfort of buildings and the health and happiness of their occupants.

The theme of the exhibition also echoes current environmental issues, calling for people to act upon changes in a positive manner. Three speakers are invited to share their insights about the theme and their solutions through the online exhibition. We have a great lineup of speakers including Ms. Shan-Shan Guo, the Delta Chief Brand Officer and Vice Chairman of Delta Electronics Foundation, Mr. Richard Chang, the Senior Director of International WELL Building Institute and Mr. Roland Chiang, the Senior Director of Delta Building Automation Solutions Business Unit. The three speakers will introduce the concept of smart healthy building from various perspectives and share about Delta’s long-term effort in promoting green buildings, and how Delta further went on focusing on the physiological health of the building users. The SMART WELL BEING exhibition presents the ways by which buildings can be both energy-efficient and comfort. And by combining Delta’s own energy control technology with IoT-connected management platform, we can create a smart green building that complies with International WELL building standard.
