Delta’s Industrial Automation Business Group (IABG) has just hosted three smart manufacturing webinars on April 17th, 24th, and 3th. The speakers from Delta IABG’s Advanced Manufacturing Business Unit (AMBU) shared their practical smart manufacturing solution experiences in the live streaming event. The topics included Delta’s MES system, quality management, and IIoT solution, and covered the fundamentals of building a complete smart factory.
The first webinar “MES for Smart Factory” was hosted on Apr 17th. Based on its abundant practical implementation experience, Delta presented tailor-made MES solutions for the electronic assembly, PCB manufacturing, and equipment assembly industries. After deep analysis of the pain points and applicable situations, Delta’s solutions help customers embrace a hassle-free smart manufacturing transformation. On Apr 24th, Delta introduced the concept of quality management with a real example from its own factory. With the DIASPC Statistical Process Control system, Delta solves factory manager troubles for achieving “Top Quality with Great Process Control”. The finale webinar on Apr 30th elaborated on the “3 Key Factors of IIoT” to achieve IT and OT integration. Building a standardized smart factory is quick, easy and worry-free using an ideal system and equipment. The three webinars encouraged 600 online attendees to interact live with the speakers.
In response to the positive feedback of April’s webinars, Delta is going deeper into the smart manufacturing topics online. In May, there will be four webinars featuring smart green manufacturing, equipment preventive maintenance and alarm notification, modular IIoT construction, and exclusive tips for building a smart electronics assembly production line.
