Digital oil mining is developing rapidly with the continuous maturity of automatic control technology and network communication technology. To meet the requirements of intelligent oil mining and improved oil mining rate in the construction of digital oil fields, Delta has developed VFD-C2000-PP, a special AC motor drive for oil pumping units, based on the classic high-performance vector frequency converter C2000 series as the core and loaded with special functions suitable for oil mining technology in the oil field industry, to improve the efficiency of oil mining and realize the digitalization of the construction of oil fields.

Delta’s special frequency convertor VFD-C2000-PP for the pumping unit has built-in 10k steps PLC. It adopts double rated design of common load / heavy load, high control bandwidth, realizes the integration of asynchronous motor / synchronous motor control, and adds special features suitable for oilfield application on the original software platform. VFD-C2000-PP is a special intelligent energy-saving frequency converter for oil fields. It can optimize the up/down stroke time of pumping unit by changing the operating frequency of the motor, so as to improve the oil extraction efficiency.
