A group of over 10 professionals from government think tanks and media executive management paid a special visit to Delta example smart manufacturing line and affirmed the completeness of the line and its outstanding achievements. With more than two decades’ automation experience, Delta is not only experienced in developing smart manufacturing in its own factories, but also assists its clients to create a complete automation system and smart manufacturing line. Setting PLC example smart manufacturing line in Wujiang manufacturing base as an instance, the introduction of smart manufacturing line could improve 40% of manufacturing capability, reduce 62% of manufacturing area, and directly reduce 88% of manpower demand, etc.

Lear Li, smart manufacturing global business director of Delta Industrial Automation Business Group (IABG), said that Delta based itself on industrial automation product technologies for the past many years, integrated various advanced software and hardware technologies to develop smart equipment, smart manufacturing line and smart factory, and created smart manufacturing characterized in quick changeover and flexible manufacturing. The workshop introduced smart equipment and PQM smart monitoring system to accelerate the digital transformation. Successful experience of the example manufacturing line will be replicated in hundreds of manufacturing lines in Delta's various factories, and factories will move towards the smart manufacturing upgradation.
