Recently, Delta's distributed controlled laser DLP large-screen display system was successfully used in a large-size petrochemical corporation (one of top 500 petrochemical corporations in China) based in southern China, where an advanced digital DVS distributed image display control system and a fourth-generation laser light source DLP display splice wall were employed, creating at its strategic dispatch center a large-screen command directing and monitoring system featuring technologically leading high luminance, high resolution, and superb display control that serve as a reliable platform for smart management.

To meet requirements from the strategic center, Delta built a 70-inch single-screen laser DLP splice display screen with 2 lines x 10 rows and 15.5m in width and 1.8m in height for the entire screen that comes with a total area of close to 28 square meters. With second-generation DVCS distributed image control system and fourth-generation laser light source DLP display unit, the screen can effectively integrate information systems such as the energy management system (EMS), manufacturing execution system (MES), factory energy management system (FEMS), and the ERP system, forming an interconnected system for full demonstration. Delta has successfully implemented DLP applications for more than 500 clients.

This set of management system consolidated all ranges of information related to production management, such as production, equipment, personnel, and plants, covering all parts of the entire industry chain for the corporation. With Delta's laser DLP system and distributed control system, all levels of leadership and management are provided with a reliable data acquisition platform that serves as a solid technical basis for the corporation's effort in implementing a smart production management.
