Delta's laser DLP large screen display system was successfully used with Shangdong's Dongyue Group, Asia's largest fluorosilicone production base, providing a reliable visualized monitoring display platform for its newly-built comprehensive management system and helping the group create a hundred-million-grade fluorosilicone park.
For the group's requirement in its comprehensive management system, Delta created three sets of large-screen splice display system made of 56 blocks of 67-inch single screens that can effectively integrate the group's IT-based systems, such as energy management system (EMS), manufacturing execution system (MES), factory energy management system (FEMS), and ERP system, into an inter-connected and inter-linked overall display.
In Delta's fourth-generation lighting (laser) DLP display unit, the projector core utilizes the dual-CPU design to ensure stable operation of the optical engine, as well as the speed of image processing and quality. The self-illuminated fluorescence color wheel and a unique high-performance vacuum heat pipe cooling technology is used for the lighting, with a life up to 60,000-80,000 hours that offers significant saving on later-phase maintenance cost. The projector core features built-in auto-balance adjustment system for brightness and color that can instantly detect strength and color of the light source, and can automatically control and adjust the brightness and color of all cores. There has been more than 100 cases of success with customers' DLP projects.
