Delta Research Center (DRC) recently showcased its cutting-edge R&D achievements in “Cybersecurity” and “Generative AI” at two major industry events—SEMICON Taiwan and the Digitimes GenAI Forum. These demonstrations not only highlighted Delta’s strong capabilities in smart manufacturing, digital transformation, and enterprise knowledge management, but also underscored its commitment to driving industrial development through innovative technologies.
SEMICON Taiwan: building a corporate security shield with RADAR cybersecurity technology
At the recently concluded SEMICON Taiwan 2025, in addition to automation solutions presented by Delta's Industrial Automation Business Group, Delta's newly established Product Security Services & Solutions Business Division(PS3BD) was also invited to exhibit at both the Delta booth and the Ministry of Digital Affairs SECPASS booth. Together with DRC, the division introduced a supply chain cybersecurity solution that provides protection across the entire product lifecycle, strengthening the resilience of supply chain security.
One of the highlights was RADAR (Ransomware Attack Detection & Recovery), a proprietary cybersecurity technology developed by DRC. Built on a three-layer framework of backup, detection, and recovery, RADAR enables real-time detection and defense against ransomware attacks, while ensuring rapid data restoration. This helps enterprises effectively respond to increasingly complex cybersecurity threats and maintain uninterrupted operations. The exhibition drew enthusiastic responses, with a high volume of visitors at the booth—demonstrating the strong demand across industries for robust cybersecurity protection.

Digitimes GenAI Forum: driving enterprise knowledge transformation with the CHEK platform
At the recent Digitimes GenAI Forum, Delta Research Center unveiled its enterprise-level knowledge management platform—CHEK (CHatGPT-based Enterprise Knowledge Management System). Powered by large language models, CHEK builds a structured knowledge base that efficiently supports internal document retrieval, intelligent Q&A, and knowledge retention. With advanced data preprocessing capabilities that are both broader and deeper, CHEK also provides an industry-leading RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) customized language model, enabling enterprises to significantly enhance operational efficiency and decision-making quality.
The CHEK platform not only addresses the pain point of fragmented information within organizations but also transforms tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge, fostering greater knowledge flow and innovation. For example, Delta's HR Department, in collaboration with the Research Center, introduced an HR Chatbot system powered by CHEK. Between November 2024 and February 2025, the system processed over 7,000 queries, saving employees more than 400 working hours by reducing the time spent searching documents and transferring knowledge.
The CHEK showcase drew strong interest from corporate representatives, many of whom were eager to understand how AI applications can solve real-world internal challenges. Audience questions covered technical details, implementation processes, and data security measures—reflecting enterprises' urgent need to adopt generative AI solutions.
GenAI Forum – Delta Research Center booth concludes with great success.
