Key highlights included award-winning collaborative robots with AI-powered cognitive capabilities, robust SCADA software for comprehensive energy management, high-precision Time-of-Flight (ToF) cameras for advanced vision systems, and multi-port and wireless charging solutions for industrial electric vehicles.
Collaborative Robotics: The D-Bot Series and Future Reveals
Delta showcased its complete D-Bot series of collaborative robots (cobots) at the exhibition. These award-winning cobots, known for their outstanding safety, quick deployment, and high precision, featured enhancements such as the CogniBot Kit, which enhances cognitive functions through integrated AI and vision technology. Attendees also had the opportunity to discover new products and applications unveiled within the D-Bot series during the event.
VTScada for Comprehensive Energy Management
Turning to energy solutions, Delta highlighted its VTScada SCADA software, a robust platform for comprehensive energy management and industrial automation. VTScada monitored and controlled energy consumption across HVAC, EV charging, energy storage, and solar systems. Its features, including system-wide redundancy, a built-in data historian, and remote access via web and mobile clients, provided unparalleled visibility and control, enabling users to optimize energy efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance sustainability through real-time data and historical trending.
Advanced Vision Systems: ToF Cameras
In the realm of advanced vision systems, Delta presented its Time-of-Flight (ToF) cameras, which enhanced smart warehouse automation with precise positioning and measurement. The 3D ToF Smart Camera (DMV-T) was ideal for tasks such as pallet detection and AS/RS positioning, offering high accuracy and fast detection. The compact RGB-D ToF Camera (DMV-TM) integrated seamlessly with AGVs and AMRs for accurate navigation and collision avoidance. Both cameras supported diverse industrial applications, including packaging, electronics, and robot vision.
Intelligent Human-Machine Interface: The DOP-300 Series HMI
Attendees had the opportunity to explore Delta’s newly launched DOP-300 Series Touch Panel HMI, which was designed for smart manufacturing and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). Available with 7” or 10” TFT LCDs, it featured a high-performance dual-core ARM-based CPU, supported MQTT and OPC UA protocols, and offered optional Wi-Fi and 4G for seamless data acquisition and cloud transmission. This HMI played a crucial role in enabling advanced remote monitoring, network flexibility, and security in industrial applications. Key benefits included flexible DIACloud and DIAWebDesigner for remote management, compatibility with IoT protocols, dual Ethernet ports for easy integration, and an easy-to-view, low-reflection display.
Wireless Charging Technology for Industrial Electric Vehicles: MOOVair System
Completing its showcase of cutting-edge solutions, Delta led in industrial e-vehicle charging with its advanced MOOVair Wireless Charging Systems. Representing one of the most comprehensive portfolios of inductive chargers on the market, MOOVair provided seamless, automatic charging for fleets of AGVs, forklifts, and tow trucks. With power options ranging from 1kW to 30kW, MOOVair supported the entire range of industrial vehicles, eliminated the need for manual plug-ins, and reduced maintenance requirements. The flagship MOOVair 03 delivered superior 3.3kW wireless charging performance with a charging current of up to 132 A at 24V, ensuring efficient and time-saving operations in high-demand environments. Powered by Delta’s patented PPL (Pad-Pad-Link) technology, MOOVair ensured reliable, interference-free communication between chargers and vehicles—even in complex logistics hubs. Unlike traditional Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or infrared, PPL operated outside busy radio spectrums and was highly resilient against environmental factors such as dust and dirt, ensuring unmatched performance and reliability.Delta experts showcased smart automation and robotic innovations at the 2025 industrial automation exhibition.
