Delta participated in the world’s largest electronics components event, Electronica 2024, from November 15th to 18th, 2024, in Munich, Germany. The Delta booth featured three major exhibiting areas, Cloud, Industrial and Automotive applications.
With the significant increase in demand for AI servers, Delta showcased the 19-inch 1RU 33kW Power Shelf. Using advanced power technology, the new 1RU power shelf manages to deliver 33 kW power and 97.5% efficiency and reduces dimension from 21 inch to 19 inch. Delta also presented an Online UPS system with a 2,700W output power. Its rack-mount form factor makes it an ideal backup power for server racks. It provides more than 10 minutes of backup power at half-load and sustains power for 3 minutes at full load.
Delta displayed the 19” 33kW and 21” 18kW Power Shelves and the online UPS system for AI servers and data centers.
For the IT applications such as 5G telecom and base stations, Delta exhibited related DC-DC converters. The power modules support input voltages from 36V to 75V, with output voltages of 5V, 12V, 28V, and 50V, and output power up to 1,500W, achieving up to 96.9% efficiency. In addition, Delta showcased the high-end mobile power pack supporting PD3.1 fast charging. It features two Type-C ports, a custom DC port. Its capacity reaches up to 40,000mAh and the power output is 140W. With the IP67 ratings, the power pack is ideal for outdoor activities like hiking and camping, and can also serve as a backup power for IoT devices and base station receivers.
Delta introduced adapters and power supplies for the AI gaming laptops and computers. It also exhibited the power banks, which meet the outdoor activity charging demands and can be used as backup power for base stations.
For unmaned industrial vehicles such as AGVs and AMRs, Delta presented contact and contactless charging systems for industrial electric vehicles , including the MOOVbase stationary charging system and the MOOVair Wireless Charging Systems. The former features customized power supplies with three power module slots while the later’s 1kW and 3.3 kW models enable users to realize fully automated, maintenance-free smart logistics operations.
Delta exhibited various charging solutions for industrial unmaned vehicles, realizing smart factory vision for clients.
For industrial equipment, Delta exhibited various types of power supplies, including the DIN-rail power Chrome II Series. With a step-shaped design, it conforms to the DIN 43880 building installation standard, making it particularly suitable for building automation and home security systems. As for medical equipment, Delta also offers various power supplies which support input voltages from 12V to 48V and output power ranging from 40W to 3,000W, suitable for patient beds, anesthesia, dialysis, ventilators, and more precise devices such as X-ray, CT, and MRI equipment.
As E-mobility becomes trending, Delta also presented a series of power products for robotic lawn mowers and two-wheel e-vehicles. The lawn mower power solutions included the 235W wireless chargers with IP67 rating, ideal for harsh outdoor environments. The charging solutions for two-wheel e-vehicles indluded onboard chargers, DC-DC converters and others. They also featured up to IP67 rating to ensure stable power supply. For e-mowers and two-wheel e-vehicles, Delta provides multiple charging solutions to ensure stable and high-efficient power supplies.
With the global focus on energy transition and hydrogen energy, Delta’s Hydrogen Energy Power Products Division (HPLOB) also presented the hydrogen power solutions for the first time. For hydrogen electrolysis (Power to Gas), HPLOB introduced a 30kW AC-DC power supply, supporting three-phase 480VAC input for electrolyzers. For hydrogen power generation (Gas to Power), it presented DCDC converters ranging from 5kW to 100kW, supporting up to 95% efficiency, suitable for fuel cells and diverse hydrogen power applications.
