Innovation is an important gene of Delta. In order to cultivate the culture and mindset of innovation, Delta began to hold Delta Innovation Award since 2008. By holding the annual event, colleagues are encouraged to become more innovative and commended for their outstanding innovations. "Delta Innovation Awards" is entering its 15th year this year.  On March 31st, the award ceremony and the award-winning project presentation were held in International Conference Hall of Fifth Factory in Zhongli. This year, many projects around the globe have submitted applications, reflecting Delta's “innovative” spirit and the capability has deeply been rooted globally. After holding a fierce competition, a total of ten teams had their works prevail.

Delta Innovation Awards include four categories: "intellectual property", "new products", "manufacturing" and "new business models and new business processes". They are evaluated both systematically and structurally. Other than the innovation itself, its potential business value, promotion practicality, and executability are all competition's evaluation criteria. This year, led by Mr. Jiaxiong Huang, Mr. Guanhui Fang, Mr. Caili Gu and Mr. Wenjie Su, four panels of judges have worked tirelessly over the past two months to determine the winners of the innovation awards.

Founder Mr. Chonghua Cheng, Chairman Mr. Yingjun Hai, Vice Chairman Mr. Zixing Ko, CEO Mr. Ping Cheng, COO Mr. Xunhai Chang among many enterprise executives attended the awards ceremony, which encouraged the winning teams and all participants.
