Delta wins the 2022 Best Employer in Greater China to polish its brand as an employer

Delta's endeavors have been recognized by all sides of society. In recent years, we have won a number of employer brand awards.  This year, Delta was awarded the 2022 Best Employer in Greater China at the 2022 HRoot China Human Capital Forum Shanghai Station. Our diverse recruitment and training channels, importance attached to employee performance, salary, and benefits, and proactive launch of employee benefits have been recognized by the organizer, HRoot. The core value of Delta's employer brand is "Keep Exploring". Since Delta was incorporated more than 50 years ago, we have grown into a company with more than 80,000 employees worldwide, with operating sites all over the world, allowing our employees to enjoy diverse career development opportunities around the world. During 2021, we offered approximately 32,094 training sessions for as many as 1.19 million employees.  Meanwhile, we have broken through digital barriers and established smart recruitment, smart attendance, smart bonuses, online learning, and employee self-service platforms, to provide employees with comprehensive and efficient digital services with a human touch.

Mr. Che-Yen Liao, Chief Human Resources Officer of Delta China, received the award on behalf of Delta and stated that Delta attaches great importance to the development of human resources and the establishment of an employer brand during our transformation and upgrading process.  We strive to attract talents to join Delta with "Keep Exploring", the core value of our employer brand. We are paying increasingly more attention to the approaches to enhancing our employer brand and go all out to promote the core value of the brand to target groups through power electronics innovation seminars, industry-academia scientific research collaboration programs with domestic top universities, the Delta Cup Advanced Automation Design Competition, university laboratory establishment, and summer camps. Furthermore, we announce the company's latest development, employees' work and daily-life activities, cultural events, and recruitment information through a variety of channels, including the news media, WeChat, TikTok, Bilibili, and Kwai. Inside the organization, we are committed to building an enterprise where people work happily and continue to upgrade and innovate employees' clothing, food, housing, transportation, education, and entertainment in response to the changes of the times.  In the aspect of learning and development, we have established a systematic talent training and development system with a focus on professional skills training and the building of succession team and constantly upgraded and optimized the Academy platform, to allow employees to learn by taking micro-classes, live streaming classes, or E-classes with their mobile phones or computers; as such, learning has become more interesting than before. Moreover, we regularly hold a variety of sports events, seminars for managers, idea exchange meetings, team building activities, and outward bound activities to enhance team cohesiveness, while holding campfire parties, buffet parties, as well as blind dates and socializing activities to enrich employees' spare time.
