Delta was honored with the Technology Advancement Award and the Excellent Product Innovation Award from the China Power Supply Society (CPSS). The award fully recognizes Delta’s efforts and achievements in providing innovative technology solutions for low-carbon transportation and green manufacturing with its core power electronics technology. Dr. Alpha Zhang, the Director of Delta’ s Shanghai and Hangzhou design centers, said, “With power electronics as its core technology, Delta is committed to continuously improving energy conversion efficiency to help achieve the 30/60 decarbonization goal. The teams at Delta’ s Shanghai Design Center (SDC) and Hangzhou Design Center (HDC) focus on R&D innovation and have launched numerous innovative products, which have been awarded by CPSS several times.”

Delta’ s single/three-phase compatible bi-directional EV charger technology platform won the “Technology Advancement Award.” The platform was completed by Delta SDC’ s Green Energy Vehicle Power Design Department after integrating various resources and three years of development. The technology platform adopts an “all-in-one” design concept that incorporates an on-board charger with a low-voltage DC/DC, solving core technical issues such as EV charging compatibility, bi-directional power conversion, and functional integration.

The “Excellent Product Innovation Award” was awarded to Delta for its 1kW wireless power supply for autonomous mobile devices. The technology was developed by Delta HDC’ s Wireless Power Design Department. The product uses advanced, efficient, and contactless power transmission technology to help realize smart manufacturing. Furthermore, the technology can realize the autonomous operation of the equipment’s entire lifecycle, thereby reducing the long-term operating costs of the system. The product has also obtained dual certification in Europe and North America, making it most suitable for autonomous mobile device manufacturers in the two regions.
