Smart community management system drives green and digital transformation of community areas
Delta’s comprehensive smart community management system, designed specifically for government agencies and corporate-operated community areas, plays a central role in community management. It has already established a complete energy management and maintenance platform for the Taichung Port Center. The Port of Taichung serves as the logistics hub of the Asia-Pacific logistics network, covering a vast area of 11,285 hectares. This management platform integrates both existing systems and new equipment, including smart LED streetlights, building automation, surveillance, and renewable energy, among other urban infrastructure. Leveraging IoT and data analytics, it visually presents a variety of management information, enabling real-time monitoring of traffic flow and the usage status of public facilities. In addition to the Taichung Port, the Delta smart community management platform has also been applied in the Port of Kaohsiung and in semiconductor communities.

Regarding energy management in the community, Delta showcased the DeltaGrid® energy management solution at the expo. This solution enables centralized control of solar power, energy storage, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, enabling intelligent energy dispatch and improving energy efficiency in the community.Delta has already established a complete energy management and maintenance platform for the Taichung Port.

AI-driven video analysis optimizes search functionality to create a safe city
The “VORTEX AI Surveillance Cloud Service,” which debuted at the Smart City Expo, combines cloud technology, AI-driven video analysis, and surveillance cameras to provide a comprehensive surveillance solution. Currently applied at the Delta Chungli Plant, it can cover multiple areas and address pain points such as managing across buildings, floors, and dispersed work areas. It provides intelligent security and surveillance for six major areas, including production lines, logistics zones, storage zones, exterior walls, entrances and exits, and the management center. Real-time alerts are issued by integrating cameras and centralized video management to enhance the plant’s security.

Smart streetlights provide a convenient, safe, and livable living environment
Delta has been developing LED smart street lighting solutions since 2010. With a track record of over 800,000 LED smart streetlights deployed throughout Taiwan, particularly in the six major cities, Delta is widely recognized for its excellent capabilities in system integration.
