After a two-year hiatus, the "China International Industry Fair" returned in physical form this year, held grandly in Shanghai. Just before the opening, we received good news that Delta Electronics' Wujian Factory has officially passed the "Five-Star Zero-Carbon Factory" certification by the China Association of Energy Conservation. This marks the first five-star zero-carbon factory in the electronic manufacturing industry in Jiangsu Province. Therefore, this year's exhibition was specially themed around this achievement, showcasing Delta's zero-carbon factory solutions in areas such as green smart manufacturing, building automation, and energy infrastructure within the framework of the Internet of Things. CEO Mr. Ping Cheng attended the exhibition and engaged in discussions with local government officials, customers, distribution partners, as well as media friends. I am delighted to have had the opportunity to participate as well, witness the resurgence of the exhibition, and learn about the latest product solutions and brand developments from other international giants. In this issue's "Special Report" and "Brand Circle," we offer in-depth coverage to invite you to experience the vibrant atmosphere of this year's exhibition.
Delta has transformed from a component supplier into a provider of system integration solutions. In 2022, the Delta Solution Office (DSO) has established, developed industry-specific solution packs and expanded cooperation across departments and regions in less than a year. In this issue's "IoT Smart Solutions," we invited Mr. Foster Yu, Head of DSO, to share how Delta embraces change and creates innovative business models. He also shares unique strategies and methods for building consensus and aspires for Delta to become a leading brand in solutions. We invite you to learn more about this growth momentum at Delta.
Experience the beauty of nature: In this issue's "Brand Circle," we take you to two 4K/8K projection feasts. In Japan, Delta collaborated with NHK in five major exhibitions this year. The "Ancient Mexican Civilization Exhibition" uses Delta's advanced projection technology to showcase the three major civilizations of the Maya, Aztec, and Teotihuacan, allowing you to appreciate the unique styles and worldviews of ancient Mexico. In Taiwan, the "Delta Nurturing Life on the Earth Film Festival" is currently touring various locations. In collaboration with the UK's Wildscreen, known as the "Green Oscars," it introduced internationally renowned ultra-high-definition nature documentaries. Through text and visuals, we invite you to experience these events as if you were there.
Did you know that beautiful corals can also be cultivated in a greenhouse? To help combat coral bleaching caused by ocean warming, the Delta Electronics Foundation and the National Museum of Marine Science & Technology have joined forces to create the " Chaojing Coral Conservation Center." This center, which has recently been inaugurated, is the first zero-carbon coral conservation center in Asia. We have utilized Delta’s industrial and building automation expertise to create an energy-efficient greenhouse tailored for coral growth. It is expected to restore over 10,000 corals within three years, demonstrating the use of technology to combat global climate change. In this issue's "Delta Green Life," you will find more exciting information. Please don't miss it.
