Delta Controls and LOYTEC both win the award of China’s Top 10 Building Automation Brands

In “China Intelligent Building Brand Awards 2019” held jointly by QJ Smartech and QianJia Brand Lab, Delta Controls won the great honor of Top 10 Building Automation Brands, ranking fifth in the comprehensive evaluation of year-round brand value index, market survey score, user feedback and expert review, and LOYTEC of Delta Group was also named one of TOP 10 Building Automation Brands for its IoT-based open integrated building control platform.

This year Delta Controls has launched a new O3 Room Control System Solution, triggering a heated discussion in the industry in its first appearance with its people-oriented intelligent sensing and control and centralized control of HVAC, access control, intelligent lighting and curtain within a specific area. The Version 2.0 to be upgraded will have the functions of IoT, which can be used as an independent domain control station to further integrate temperature sensing, occupancy detection, humidity and wireless network. This innovation uses sensor fusion to strengthen room control, improve user experience and reduce user detection errors. The control of the system can be realized by installing O3 APP or enteliWEB building management software.

Delta’s LOYTEC building control system is based on IoT technology, and adopts an open and all IP network architecture, which not only supports a variety of international standard communication protocols, but also has RS-485 (Modbus RTU/BACnet MS/TP), and can integrate BACnet IP/Modbus TCP for fast cross-system integrated control. Taking the Shanghai Oriental Hospital as an example, IoT-architecture LOYTEC building automation solution not only realizes the intelligent and energy-saving integrated building management of the electromechanical equipment in the hospital, but also connects with the BIM operation and maintenance platform in the hospital, and shares equipment operation parameters, so that maintenance personnel can quickly and intuitively carry out the maintenance and troubleshooting, optimize the overall operation efficiency and reduce the management cost.
