Delta receives "2018 Outstanding HR Management Award"

On April 13, as was announced at the enterprise summit "2018 Outstanding HR Management Awards", hosted by 51job, Inc., Delta Group received the honor of the "2018 Outstanding HR Management Award". Delta excels in its HR management model which encourages employee to promote and recognize the company's core value. Delta Group China Regional Head of HR Lin Zhengbing attended the ceremony as a special guest to share the company's technology-empowered HR management experience and exchange with and learn from HR professionals from all over the country, in a hope to improve Delta's employer brand.

Lin indicated that Delta's HR management has also adopted a human-centered hiring and management policy. We protect legal labor rights and benefits and are dedicated to each employee's career development. Delta has conducted several promotion training projects for employees of different talents such as the "Huangpu Project", "Star FAE Project", TDC, LDC, and others. They help employees improve professional skills and achieve career development.

At the same time, Delta also established a public training base to train skilled talent in groups and plan for comprehensive training systems for employees. At Delta's Wujiang production base, Delta established a "modern smart manufacturing and industrial automation center" as a means of technical and platform support for employee development. The center has five main training platforms as its carriers, including the "electrical repairs training room", "PLC training room", "robot training room", "software training room", and "soldering training room".
