Invited by Xinhua Compassion Education Foundation, Delta joined the pearl university students winter camp held from January 28 to 30, where a series of exciting courses were offered to those 370 pearl students from all over the nation. Delta mentor team members gave an analysis on the current status of the power electronics industry and the industry trend from 3 to 5 years onward for the 33 students of freshmen to senior years who registered for the "group on power electronics and energy efficiency". An onsite visit of Delta's automated production line was offered to let those pearl students learn about the future market in advance during their college years.

For the three-day event, Delta did not only offer the opportunity for the students to learn in one direction. It also took the students on bus to its Wujiang plant for them to have a close look at the automated production line with its industrial robots, stimulating their thoughts and perspectives on industrial automation and smart manufacturing. In the future, Delta will continue to offer donations for the pearl high school students to further their study. After they pass the college entrance exam, it will continue to provide care for the students through its co-hosted welcoming events and winter camps. Meanwhile, it will offer internship and job opportunities as a way of welcoming the pearl students to join the big Delta family.
