Delta held the “Forward, Toward Better,” one of the signature events celebrating its 55th anniversary, in Wujiang, Suzhou, China, bringing together industry leaders to discuss global ESG trends in the era of AI. Delta Chairman and CEO Ping Cheng attended the forum and engaged in discussions with Zhongxiao Zhang, Deputy Director of the Institute of Carbon Neutrality Development at Shanghai Jiao Tong University; Feng Peng, Deputy General Manager of the Shanghai Environment and Energy Exchange; Liang Liu, Chief Consultant of the Shanghai Environment and Energy Exchange and Secretary-General of the Carbon Neutrality Action Alliance; as well as senior executives from LONGi Green Energy, HIWIN Technologies, Chia Tai Tianqing, and other enterprises to exchange insights on the challenges and opportunities of net-zero transformation and China’s dual-carbon policies.

Delta Chairman and CEO Ping Cheng stated that Delta has been actively implementing sustainable development through concrete actions. In 2025, renewable electricity accounted for 100% of power consumption at Delta’s sites in China, while the global renewable electricity usage rate across its operational sites reached 91%. Through its sustainability consulting services, Delta aims to share its long-standing practical experience and proven approaches, connect the broader ESG ecosystem to amplify collective impact, and help accelerate the industry’s transition toward net zero. At the same time, Delta continues to invest in smart manufacturing to enhance productivity. Beyond its eight global business groups, Delta has established a dedicated Emerging Market Business Group in China, focusing on power supply and thermal management solutions for data centers to serve internet companies and major server manufacturers. Centered on innovation and energy efficiency, Delta continues to support high-quality industrial development and advance together with its business partners toward shared success.


Delta Chairman and CEO Ping Cheng shared insights on “Sustainable Development in the AI Era,” highlighting Delta’s sustainability consulting services in sharing practical experience, connecting the ESG ecosystem to amplify impact, and accelerating the industry’s transition toward net zero.

Howard Kung, General Manager of Delta GreenTech (DGC), stated that amid the dual opportunities presented by the AI revolution and dual-carbon goals, enterprises are increasingly recognizing the urgent need for sustainable development. Leveraging Delta’s accumulated technological expertise and global decarbonization experience, the company is committed to providing customers with one-stop services ranging from ESG consulting to energy efficiency solutions. From highly efficient power and thermal management solutions spanning the entire AI data center ecosystem—from power grids to chips—to smart microgrids that enhance grid resilience, as well as energy management solutions for green factories and low-carbon buildings, Delta has helped hundreds of customers achieve energy savings and carbon reduction. Looking ahead, Delta will continue working with more partners to transform technological advantages into industrial value and jointly drive the green and low-carbon transformation of businesses.


Nearly 200 industry leaders gathered at the forum to exchange insights on global ESG trends in the AI era and explore the opportunities and challenges enterprises face in advancing toward net zero.

Delta's ESG Consulting Office Senior Director Dylan Li stated that the Company's sustainability consulting services integrate “strategic planning, digital tools, and decarbonization implementation” to support enterprises in achieving net-zero transition. These services translate ESG concepts into measurable and actionable management strategies and results. They include the development of corporate carbon reduction pathways from the source. On the operational side, a digital platform (Delta SustainX) is used to manage energy and carbon emissions data and accelerate decarbonization. For implementation, Delta leverages its comprehensive portfolio of solutions to deliver end-to-end services, including implementation support and performance monitoring. These solutions can be applied in green factories, low-carbon buildings, data centers, and microgrids.

The forum also brought together industry experts and strategic partners to exchange perspectives on advancing corporate net-zero transformation under the evolving dual-carbon landscape. Representatives from LONGi Green Energy, a partner of DGC, were invited to share their team’s carbon neutrality practices. They expressed their expectation of continued collaboration with Delta to jointly build an advanced global zero-carbon energy ecosystem.


The forum also brought together industry experts and strategic partners to exchange perspectives on advancing corporate net-zero transformation under the evolving dual-carbon landscape.
