Delta's 2025 "Smart Energy Competitiveness Forum" series kicked off in June, focusing on the pain points and challenges enterprises face during energy transition. In collaboration with the Taiwan Research Institute, Chuan Yen Tech Co., Ltd, and Delta's Power & Energy Solutions Business Group experts, the forum offers systematic solutions from policy, technical, and practical perspectives to help businesses proactively address transformation trends and build resilient energy strategies.Kelly Hsu, Deputy BG Head of Delta's Power & Energy Solutions Business Group (center) and other guests posed for a group photo at the "Smart Energy Competitiveness Forum."

Dual approach of policy and practice: diverse perspectives empower enterprise energy strategies
Kelly Hsu, Deputy BG Head of Delta's Power & Energy Solutions Business Group, stated: "The global energy transition has driven policies such as carbon fees and the Large Power Consumer Regulation, both of which highlight the dual pressures enterprises now face—rising energy costs and decarbonization challenges. As a comprehensive energy solutions provider, Delta helps businesses systematically deploy integrated strategies, including energy storage systems, renewable energy procurement, and optimized management mechanisms, to enhance energy self-sufficiency and grid resilience. We also hope this forum provides industry partners with in-depth policy analysis and practical implementation experiences, enabling us to jointly advance energy transition."

The forum specially invited the Taiwan Research Institute to share strategic insights on carbon fees and renewable energy development. Chuan Yen Tech Co., Ltd, with extensive experience in energy storage project deployment, also participated and shared practical perspectives from a fire safety engineering viewpoint on planning and implementing energy storage sites. Delta’s energy expert team further presented the company’s comprehensive energy management solutions.

During the event, speakers shared recent large-scale behind-the-meter energy storage projects, including the 40 MW / 70 MWh energy storage system built by Innolux Corporation at the Taiwan Science Park. In addition to serving as backup power for the site, the system leverages time-of-use tariffs to shift peak load, reduce overall electricity costs, and participate in Taipower’s ancillary services, achieving additional revenue streams. The "Smart Energy Competitiveness Forum" featured a total of four sessions, attracting numerous industry leaders and partners from the energy sector to participate.

One-stop energy solutions: comprehensive deployment from energy storage to green power strategy
The event also showcased a range of Delta’s innovative solutions, including the newly launched C-Series, an all-in-one commercial and industrial energy storage solution specifically designed for behind-the-meter applications. Highlighting "streamlined design, one-stop installation," the C-Series reduces both construction time and footprint by more than 50% compared to traditional energy storage systems. With a single cabinet capacity of 125 kW / 261 kWh, it only takes half a parking space to achieve 1 MWh of capacity. Featuring quick installation and multiple layers of fire protection, the C-Series offers enterprises a stable, efficient, and reliable option for energy transition.

Alongside, Delta Energy displayed its comprehensive green power solutions. Delta Energy acts as a dedicated "Energy Fitness Advisor" for enterprises, helping them analyze electricity usage structures and carbon emission sources, identify optimization opportunities, and provide tailored consultation. Through its green power trading platform and renewable energy matching services, Delta also assists companies in developing the most suitable green power procurement strategies. With a dual-track approach of "reducing consumption and increasing clean supply," Delta empowers enterprises to build a resilient energy management framework. The exhibition area attracted many industry professionals who stopped by to learn about Delta's latest energy solutions.

Against the global trend of energy transition and increasingly stringent policies, enterprises must proactively plan and implement systematic energy management to gain a competitive edge in the future energy market. Delta will continue to collaborate with partners across industries, leveraging its deep technological expertise and comprehensive solutions to help businesses strengthen their energy resilience, enhance green competitiveness, and jointly move toward a sustainable net-zero future.
