An award ceremony and a themed conference was held at Shanghai Excellent Health Promotion Enterprise Role Model in Shanghai Pudong. Delta stood out among the 258 participants in the "Excellent Health Promotion Role Model Nomination". With the "heartfelt health-defending talents" slogan, it was the only regional headquartered multinational enterprise to be nominated in the new region of Pudong. Mr. Zheyan Liao said Delta's "heartfelt health-defending  talents" has carried out healthy workplace management, which revolves three beliefs- safety, development and sustainability- in the recent years. The achievement has been recognized and awarded on multiple occasions, including honors such as "China Role Model Employer in 2022", "AI Quality Role Model Enterprise Award in 2022" and "Greater China Excellent Employer in 2022".

In terms of safety, Delta has a comprehensive health inspection management system to provide protective measures for serious illnesses, covering medical expenses of the employees and their children. During the pandemic, Delta began its own face mask production line, installed bacteriostat in the elevator, and allocated its own resources set up an effective pandemic prevention system. During the pandemic lockdown, the company allocated resources and gave out more than 1000 heart-warming gifts. Delta also implemented the 15th item of the "WELL Health-Safety Assessment" terms and integrated it into Delta solutions and products. In the development aspect, Delta has set up "management line + professional line" dual-track promotion system for employees, and runs "sword series" talent development project and business elite advancement training project in the management line. In the professional line, the "Star-ability" professional development channel and engineering R&D channel are set up. In terms of the sustainability belief, Delta is committed to provide employees a quality workplace and encourage employees to form employee union. In addition, Delta has proactively been involved in supporting education, science and technology, environmental protection and rural development among various social welfares for many years, and has sponsored schools in electronics R&D, environmental resources and energy research. Delta employees have also volunteered in carrying out environment energy awareness and education, benefiting more than 27,500 students.
