Delta is selected as one of the Top 10 Chinese Enterprises in Double Carbon Action
On January 13, 2023, Southern Weekly's China CSR Research Center released the Chinese Enterprises Double Carbon Action Rankings List (2022) for the first time online, and Delta ranked sixth on the list because of the outstanding performance in the double carbon action. Delta took the lead in being committed to reducing carbon emissions voluntarily as an enterprise as early as in 2015 and joined the global RE100 renewable energy initiative in 2021, with a commitment to achieving 100% renewable electricity and carbon neutrality at all global operating sites by 2030. Meanwhile, Delta has set a long-term strategy and target of achieving the Net Zero goal at all global operating sites by 2050. Recently, we have been officially recognized by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). The results of our actions in response to the "dual carbon" goal have been recognized by the judges, allowing us to stand out from 230 state-owned, private enterprises, and foreign-funded enterprises in China.

Delta's CSR governance quality is rated as five-star
On February 10, the 9th China Electronic Information Industry Social Responsibility Annual Conference was held in Beijing. The "2021-2022 CSR Governance Self-Certification and Development Evaluation" results were published at the conference. Delta's remarkable performance in a total of ten topics in the environmental, social, and governance aspects was rated as five-star, outshining other 242 participating companies. In the stage of excellent development, we were rated as "the leader of CSR in the electronic information industry" (Note 1). This is the third consecutive year that Delta has participated in this evaluation. Through continuous optimization and implementation of the SJ/T 16000-2016 "Guidelines on Electronic Information Industry's Social Responsibility," our performance in fulfilling the social responsibility has gradually improved from four-star to five-star. Delta, as an outstanding representative company in the electronic information industry, proactively supported and co-organized this conference. Mr. Chih-Ping Wang, chair of the Sustainable Development Committee of Delta China, was invited to deliver a keynote speech, sharing Delta's achievements in the promotion of low-carbon and sustainable development in the electronic information industry.

On the same day, Delta was named the 2022 China's Model Employer and the 2022 Learning and Development Example because of our outstanding performance in employee learning and development, remuneration and benefits, and employee care. "Sustainably develop your future at Delta" is the core value of Delta's employer brand. We attach great importance to talent cultivation. In 2021, we invested about RMB3.47 million in training and offered roughly 32,094 training sessions, with 1.19 million person-times trained. We have established the Delta Academy, a professional skills training institution, to build a high-quality team of talents, train high-quality talents to be equipped with professional skills, define key positions, and establish competency models. Furthermore, we are committed to maintaining employees' personal safety in the workplace. We regularly repair and maintain the occupational illness prevention facilities and emergency rescue facilities, care for employees' work-life balance, as well as upgrade libraries, lounge areas, various sports rooms, among other entertainment and leisure spaces.
